Don’tcha just hate it when…

…you have a ton things to do and a ton of people to see and it’s during the ‘busy time of the year’ and then…

you start to feel a little ill but you keep going cuz you just KNOW you’re gonna be fine in a little while and so you keep going and going and then…

you begin to slow down a little, just a little so you can rest before you go to the next event and you almost fall asleep and then…

you realize you’ve been feeling a little under the weather for a while now and you start to whisper it to someone cuz somehow you think that will make it better, which of course it doesn’t, and then…

you decide you’d better finish those errands you have been putting off cuz you have been feeling more tired lately and now getting everything done feels even harder but you push yourself some more and then…

you see the sign for your doctor and you think, maybe I should just stop in and make an appointment with him and then…

when the receptionists ask what the appointment is for and you tell her, she asks you to take a seat in the waiting room and then…

before you know it you are sitting in front of your doctor and he’s sounding all serious and telling you to stop telling him you’re fine, and although he assures you that you will be…

he sends you to the lab and…

to bed.

Don’tcha just hate it when that happens?

All I can say is, thank goodness for laptops 🙂
